Muslims Love Jesusالمسلمون يحبّون عيسى
To be a Muslim, you must believe in Jesus ('Isa in Arabic) — his miraculous birth, his message, and his miracles. He is named in the Quran about 25 times, always with the deepest respect. A Muslim never mentions his name without honour.لكي تكون مسلماً، يجب أن تؤمن بعيسى عليه السلام؛ بمولده المعجز، ورسالته، ومعجزاته. ذُكِر اسمه في القرآن نحو خمسٍ وعشرين مرّة، دائماً بأعظم التوقير. ولا يذكر المسلم اسمه إلا مقروناً بالإجلال.

The Quran gives Jesus noble titles and describes him in the most beautiful terms.منح القرآن عيسى ألقاباً شريفة، ووصفه بأجمل الصفات.
A title of great honour the Quran affirms for Jesus.لقبٌ شريف أثبته له القرآن.
Quran 3:45آل عمران ٣:٤٥Created by God's command "Be", conveyed to Mary.خُلق بكلمة الله «كن»، ألقاها إلى مريم.

Mary (Maryam) is the only woman mentioned by name in the entire Quran — and a whole chapter, Chapter 19, carries her name. The Quran defends her honour, affirms the virgin birth of Jesus, and raises her above the women of the world.مريم عليها السلام هي المرأة الوحيدة التي ذُكرت باسمها في القرآن كلّه، بل سُمّيت سورةٌ كاملة باسمها (سورة مريم). دافع القرآن عن عفّتها، وأثبت مولد عيسى من غير أب، ورفعها على نساء العالمين.
﴿ يَا مَرْيَمُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصْطَفَاكِ وَطَهَّرَكِ وَاصْطَفَاكِ عَلَى نِسَاءِ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴾
Quran 3:42آل عمران ٣:٤٢"O Mary, indeed God has chosen you and purified you and chosen you above the women of the worlds."اصطفاء الله لمريم وتطهيرها ورفعها فوق نساء العالمين.

Quran 3:47آل عمران ٣:٤٧"She said: My Lord, how can I have a child when no man has touched me? He said: Such is God — He creates what He wills."إثبات الحمل المعجز بمريم من غير أن يمسّها بشر، بقدرة الله.
The Miracles of Jesusمعجزات عيسى
The Quran tells of the wondrous miracles God granted Jesus. Each one, the Quran repeats, was performed "by God's permission" — signs that God sent him as a true prophet.يروي القرآن ما آتى اللهُ عيسى من المعجزات الباهرة. وكلّها، كما يكرّر القرآن، كانت «بإذن الله»؛ آياتٍ على أنّ الله أرسله نبيّاً حقّاً.
As a newborn infant, he spoke to defend his mother and declare he was God's prophet.نطق رضيعاً في المهد ليبرّئ أمّه ويعلن أنه نبيّ الله.
Quran 19:29–33مريم ١٩:٢٩–٣٣He cured those born blind and those afflicted with leprosy — by God's permission.أبرأ الأكمه والأبرص بإذن الله.
Quran 3:49آل عمران ٣:٤٩By God's permission, he brought the dead back to life.أحيا الموتى بإذن الله.

Quran 3:49آل عمران ٣:٤٩"...And I heal the blind and the leper, and I bring the dead to life — by the permission of God."قول عيسى إنّ شفاءه وإحياءه إنما كان بإذن الله لا بذاته.
Honoured as a Prophet, Not Worshipped as Godنبيٌّ مُكرَّم، لا إلهٌ يُعبَد
Here Islam holds Jesus in the highest honour — a mighty messenger and the Messiah — while teaching that worship belongs to God alone: the same One God whom Jesus himself worshipped and prayed to. The Quran says this gently and clearly.هنا يرفع الإسلام عيسى إلى أعلى مقامات التكريم؛ رسولٌ عظيم، وهو المسيح، لكنّه يعلّم أنّ العبادة لله وحده؛ الإله الواحد الذي عبده عيسى نفسه ودعاه. وقد بيّن القرآن ذلك برفقٍ ووضوح.
﴿ قَالَ إِنِّي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ آتَانِيَ الْكِتَابَ وَجَعَلَنِي نَبِيًّا ﴾
Quran 19:30 — Jesus speaks in the cradleمريم ١٩:٣٠ — عيسى يتكلّم في المهد"He said: Indeed, I am the servant of God. He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet." — the very first words of Jesus describe himself as God's servant.أوّل ما نطق به عيسى أنه عبدٌ لله ونبيّ، لا إله ولا ابن إله.
﴿ مَّا الْمَسِيحُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ إِلَّا رَسُولٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِ الرُّسُلُ وَأُمُّهُ صِدِّيقَةٌ ۖ كَانَا يَأْكُلَانِ الطَّعَامَ ﴾
Quran 5:75المائدة ٥:٧٥"The Messiah, son of Mary, was but a messenger; messengers had passed on before him. And his mother was a woman of truth. They both used to eat food." — human beings, honoured by God.المسيح رسولٌ كسائر الرسل، وأمّه صدّيقة، وكانا يأكلان الطعام كسائر البشر.
﴿ إِنَّ مَثَلَ عِيسَى عِندَ اللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ آدَمَ ۖ خَلَقَهُ مِن تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ ﴾
Quran 3:59آل عمران ٣:٥٩"The likeness of Jesus before God is as the likeness of Adam. He created him from dust, then said to him: Be — and he was." — a birth without a father is a sign of God's power, not proof of divinity; Adam had no parents at all.خلقُ عيسى من غير أبٍ كخلق آدم من غير أبوين؛ دليل قدرة الله، لا دليل ألوهيّة.
﴿ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ لَا تَغْلُوا فِي دِينِكُمْ ... وَلَا تَقُولُوا ثَلَاثَةٌ ۚ انتَهُوا خَيْرًا لَّكُمْ ۚ إِنَّمَا اللَّهُ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ ﴾
Quran 4:171النساء ٤:١٧١"O People of the Scripture, do not go to excess in your religion... and do not say: Three. Stop — it is better for you. God is only one God." — a gentle call, not a condemnation.دعوةٌ لطيفة لأهل الكتاب ألّا يغلوا في الدين، وأنّ الله إلهٌ واحد.
The Quran even records that on the Day of Judgement, Jesus himself will declare that he never asked to be worshipped: "I only told them what You commanded me — to worship God, my Lord and your Lord." (Quran 5:117)بل يسجّل القرآن أنّ عيسى نفسه سيتبرّأ يوم القيامة من أن يكون دعا الناس إلى عبادته، فيقول: «ما قلتُ لهم إلا ما أمرتني به أن اعبدوا الله ربي وربكم». (المائدة ٥:١١٧)
Raised to Godرفعه الله إليه
On one point Islam and Christianity differ, and we state it plainly and kindly: the Quran teaches that Jesus was not killed nor crucified, but that God raised him up to Himself, saving him from his enemies. Muslims believe he will return.في مسألةٍ واحدة يختلف الإسلام والمسيحية، ونذكرها بصراحةٍ ولطف: يعلّم القرآن أنّ عيسى لم يُقتل ولم يُصلب، بل رفعه الله إليه ونجّاه من أعدائه. ويؤمن المسلمون أنه سيعود.
﴿ وَمَا قَتَلُوهُ وَمَا صَلَبُوهُ وَلَٰكِن شُبِّهَ لَهُمْ ... بَل رَّفَعَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ ﴾
Quran 4:157–158النساء ٤:١٥٧–١٥٨"...They did not kill him, nor did they crucify him, but so it was made to appear to them... Rather, God raised him to Himself."نفي القتل والصلب عن عيسى، وإثبات رفعه إلى الله.
Islam's Respect for Christiansاحترام الإسلام للنصارى
Far from hostility, the Quran speaks warmly of sincere Christians and calls for kindness, dialogue, and shared devotion to the One God.بعيداً عن العداء، يتحدّث القرآن بمودّةٍ عن النصارى المخلصين، ويدعو إلى الرفق والحوار والتوحيد المشترك لله الواحد.
﴿ وَلَتَجِدَنَّ أَقْرَبَهُم مَّوَدَّةً لِّلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّا نَصَارَى ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ مِنْهُمْ قِسِّيسِينَ وَرُهْبَانًا وَأَنَّهُمْ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ ﴾
Quran 5:82المائدة ٥:٨٢"You will find the nearest of them in affection to the believers those who say: We are Christians — for among them are priests and monks, and they are not arrogant."أقرب الناس مودّةً للمؤمنين هم النصارى، لما فيهم من التواضع.
﴿ وَقُولُوا آمَنَّا بِالَّذِي أُنزِلَ إِلَيْنَا وَأُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ وَإِلَٰهُنَا وَإِلَٰهُكُمْ وَاحِدٌ وَنَحْنُ لَهُ مُسْلِمُونَ ﴾
Quran 29:46العنكبوت ٢٩:٤٦"Say: We believe in what was revealed to us and revealed to you. Our God and your God is One, and to Him we submit."إلهنا وإلهكم واحد، والدعوة إلى الحوار بالتي هي أحسن.
﴿ قُولُوا آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْنَا ... وَمَا أُوتِيَ مُوسَى وَعِيسَى ... لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّنْهُمْ وَنَحْنُ لَهُ مُسْلِمُونَ ﴾
Quran 2:136البقرة ٢:١٣٦"Say: We believe in God, and in what was revealed to us, and in what was given to Moses and Jesus... We make no distinction between any of them, and to God we submit." — rejecting Jesus is not an option for a Muslim; believing in him is required.الإيمان بعيسى وموسى وسائر الأنبياء ركنٌ من إيمان المسلم، لا تفريق بينهم.
﴿ تَعَالَوْا إِلَىٰ كَلِمَةٍ سَوَاءٍ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ أَلَّا نَعْبُدَ إِلَّا اللَّهَ ﴾
"Come to a word common between us and you: that we worship none but God." — Quran 3:64سورة آل عمران ٣:٦٤ — دعوةٌ إلى كلمةٍ جامعة: أن نعبد الله وحده.
